What We Look For

Certified.

Legacy is selective because the coaches already here earned the standard. We are not looking for volume. We are looking for people who will raise it.

  • A current national certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM or equivalent) and CPR/AED
  • Liability insurance and a business entity, or a plan to set both up before your first session
  • A specialty you can name and clients who can vouch for it
  • The discipline to treat a private facility like one: on time, equipment reset, standards kept

Apply

Tell us about your certifications, your specialty, and the practice you run today. Five minutes.

Walk the floor

A conversation and a facility walkthrough at San Diego or Del Mar. You meet the coaches you would be working beside.

03

Move in

Agreement signed, key fob issued, roster profile built. Most coaches are training clients within two weeks.
