Use of the site

By using this site you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, anyone else. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Independent coaches

Coaches at our Del Mar and San Diego facilities operate independently inside the facility. Unless we state otherwise in writing, any coaching agreement, program, and payment arrangement is between you and the coach you choose, not between you and Legacy Performance Institute. No membership is required to train with a coach. Coaching is booked directly with the coach you choose.

Health and fitness disclaimer

Physical training carries inherent risk. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. By participating in training at either facility, you acknowledge and assume this risk.

Memberships, passes, and billing

• VIP Access Pass terms, billing, and cancellation are governed by the signed membership agreement you enter into at the time of purchase, not by this page.
• Day passes ($50) and week passes ($150) are non-refundable once purchased.
• Your first consultation and introductory session with a Legacy coach is free, with no obligation.

Facility rules

• Under 13 is not permitted on the training floor except for supervised boxing and MMA sessions in designated areas. Ages 13 to 18 train in one-on-one sessions only.
• VIP Access Pass members receive a personal key fob and 24/7 facility access. A key fob is issued to you personally and may not be shared, loaned, or transferred.
• Facility staff and coaches may ask any visitor to leave for conduct that endangers themselves, others, or facility equipment.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, graphics, and the Legacy Performance Institute name and marks are the property of Legacy Performance Institute or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Performance Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your participation in training at either facility. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under California law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site or the facilities after a change means you accept the revised terms.
