Come enjoy contrast (hot & cold) therapy inside your very own private room, going back & forth between the infrared sauna & the cold plunge. Conscious Body Recovery, located inside of Legacy Performance Institute San Diego, includes a Sunlighten Amplify 3 ‘Ultra Low EMF’ Infrared Sauna & a commercial grade Cold Plunge XL Pro, along with a shower & towels. Many people use heat and cold as part of their recovery routine to relax, ease post-workout soreness, and wind down for better sleep. We offer single use sessions or unlimited monthly subscriptions. Be sure to bring water. Sauna and cold exposure aren’t right for everyone: if you’re pregnant or have a heart condition, blood pressure concerns, or another medical condition, check with your physician first.

Every coach at Legacy works independently inside the facility, which means you choose the coach, and the coach builds the program. No membership is required to train with a coach. Coaching is booked directly with the coach you choose.
Conscious's profile lists body recomposition as the main focus areas.
Body recomposition is the goal of losing fat and building or keeping muscle at the same time, so the scale matters less than what the body is made of. It is slower to read on a bathroom scale and more durable than a crash diet, because the training signal that tells the body to keep muscle stays on while energy intake is managed.
Your coach records starting measurements, movement quality, training history and current eating habits, so progress is compared with your own numbers rather than a generic target.
Programs are built around progressive strength work for the major muscle groups, with the load, volume and rest chosen for your experience level and schedule.
Food guidance is practical: protein targets, meal timing that matches your day, and adjustments when progress stalls. Coaches work within their scope and refer out for medical nutrition needs.
Measurements, photos, training logs and how you feel are reviewed on a schedule, and the plan changes when the data says it should.
Every plan is built around the individual, so your coach will adjust this. As a general shape, the first four weeks of body recomposition coaching tend to run like this.
Measurements, photos, a movement screen and a look at how you eat and sleep. The first sessions teach the main lifts with moderate loads.
Training days settle into a pattern you can keep. Protein and meal structure get attention before anything fancy.
Weights and reps start to climb as technique holds. You begin to see which habits are helping and which are in the way.
Numbers are compared with week one, what worked is kept, and the plan for the next block is set.

The best test is the free introduction: if the plan makes sense to you, you have your answer.
It is gradual by design. Most people see measurable changes in strength and measurements over several weeks, with visible change building over a few months, and the pace depends on training history, consistency, sleep and food.
