Are you looking to build functional strength, feel and look better than ever before? Look no further! I’m Wyatt Wermager, owner of Wyatt’s Workouts, and I’ve been helping clients in San Diego achieve their fitness goals since 2018.
My love for fitness began after high school when I transitioned from competitive hockey to the gym. As a naturally skinny kid, I was determined to build a strong and aesthetic physique. Through years of dedicated training and continuous learning, I transformed my body and gained valuable knowledge that I now share with my clients.
In 2020, I discovered a new passion: golf. My competitive spirit drove me to excel in this sport, and I quickly became obsessed with improving my game. I studied relentlessly and, in 2023, became certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to deepen my understanding of golf-specific fitness.
I’ve learned that functional strength training principles are beneficial for everyone, regardless of their fitness level or goals. Whether you’re a new mom looking to regain your shape, a college athlete striving to go pro, or a golfer aiming to improve your game, I can help you achieve your goals.
I believe in a personalized approach to fitness, tailoring each program to your individual needs and aspirations. I’ll help you:
Ready to Transform?
I hope to hear from you!

Personal training is one coach, one plan, built around you. It combines assessment, programming, coaching in the room and accountability, so the time you invest goes toward your own goals rather than a generic routine.
Your coach learns your goals, history, schedule and limitations, and screens how you move before writing anything down.
Exercises, loads and session structure are chosen for your body and goal, and they change as you improve.
Your coach teaches technique, adjusts loads in real time and keeps sessions productive, which is the part an app or a video cannot do.
Strength, measurements, consistency and how you feel are tracked so you can see the direction, not just guess at it.
Every plan is built around the individual, so your coach will adjust this. As a general shape, the first four weeks of personal training coaching tend to run like this.
Goals, history and a movement screen produce your starting program.
Exercises are taught, loads are set and you learn how a session flows.
Weights and difficulty rise as you get comfortable, and your coach refines technique.
Results are compared with your starting numbers, and the next block is built from what worked.
