Greetings!
I’m Chris Koo, a specialist in physique transformation, nutrition, and bodybuilding coaching! I am located at Legacy Del Mar. I am the founder of Limitless Fitness and believe you can reach fitness levels higher than what you thought was attainable.
My experiences include placing 2nd at bodybuilding competitions named, “San Diego Championships” and “Iron Gladiator.”
I’m a former martial artist that has competed in Muay Thai kickboxing, ju jitsu, judo, and wrestling. Master trainer at LA Fitness with experience training clients of all ages and physical capabilities. I have also coached F45 group classes and successfully trained class sizes of 30 team members.
My training style is a combination of these four areas. The focus and discipline of a martial artist, the intensity of a bodybuilder, the experience to adapt workouts quickly to individual needs, ano the fun energy of a group fitness class!
I have a proven track record of guiding clients to grow lean muscle and lose unwanted body weight. With my clients, I focus on building muscle, increasing metabolism, and not stressing about the scale weight everyday. We accomplish this with tailor-made weight training workouts and meal plans specialized for you.
All my clients will tell you that my training is tough, fun, and rewarding if you stick with it! They have all seen results. If you’re willing to work hard, I will meet you every step of the way. Your transformed body and mind begins today! Message me and let’s start this journey together!

Certifications show what a coach has been tested on. They do not replace a conversation, so use your free introduction to ask Chris how that training shapes the way they coach.
Beyond certifications, the profile highlights: 10 years of experience.
Every coach at Legacy works independently inside the facility, which means you choose the coach, and the coach builds the program. No membership is required to train with a coach. Coaching is booked directly with the coach you choose.

Body recomposition is the goal of losing fat and building or keeping muscle at the same time, so the scale matters less than what the body is made of. It is slower to read on a bathroom scale and more durable than a crash diet, because the training signal that tells the body to keep muscle stays on while energy intake is managed.
Your coach records starting measurements, movement quality, training history and current eating habits, so progress is compared with your own numbers rather than a generic target.
Programs are built around progressive strength work for the major muscle groups, with the load, volume and rest chosen for your experience level and schedule.
Food guidance is practical: protein targets, meal timing that matches your day, and adjustments when progress stalls. Coaches work within their scope and refer out for medical nutrition needs.
Measurements, photos, training logs and how you feel are reviewed on a schedule, and the plan changes when the data says it should.
Every plan is built around the individual, so your coach will adjust this. As a general shape, the first four weeks of body recomposition coaching tend to run like this.
Measurements, photos, a movement screen and a look at how you eat and sleep. The first sessions teach the main lifts with moderate loads.
Training days settle into a pattern you can keep. Protein and meal structure get attention before anything fancy.
Weights and reps start to climb as technique holds. You begin to see which habits are helping and which are in the way.
Numbers are compared with week one, what worked is kept, and the plan for the next block is set.
Nutrition coaching turns training goals into eating habits that are specific enough to work and flexible enough to survive a normal week. It covers energy intake, protein, food choices, timing and the routines around them, and it is paired with training so the two support each other.
An honest food review. You and your coach look at what you actually eat on a typical week, including the meals that are hard to change, before anything is prescribed.
Targets you can act on. Guidance is turned into simple daily targets and swaps, not a rigid plan that falls apart the first time you eat out.

It is gradual by design.
