Hiiiii, I’m Cassie, and if you’re here, chances are you’re a woman who’s ready to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—but maybe you’re not exactly sure where to start.
I get it. Walking into a gym can feel like stepping onto another planet. All the machines look like spaceships, and everyone else seems to have the secret manual. That’s where I come in.
Fitness and health have always been a big part of my life, but my real passion is helping women find a way to make it part of theirs. I work with busy moms who are juggling kids, careers, and the never-ending laundry pile, and with young women who are brand new to lifting and totally over the “cardio only” myth. My job is to make the gym feel less scary and way more empowering.
I don’t believe in quick fixes, crash diets, or living in the gym to achieve your goals. What I do believe in: building muscle, losing fat the smart way, and creating workouts that actually fit your life. And yes—we’re going to build your glutes, because strong glutes are the ultimate power move (and let’s be honest, leggings only make them better).
When you train with me, you’re not just getting a coach—you’re getting your own personal hype woman. I’ll push you when you need it, make you laugh when you want to quit, and remind you that you’re capable of way more than you think.
At the end of the day, fitness isn’t about being perfect—it’s about progress, confidence, and learning to love the strong, beautiful body you’re building. And if we can have a few laughs while you’re breaking a sweat? Even better.

Certifications show what a coach has been tested on. They do not replace a conversation, so use your free introduction to ask Cassie how that training shapes the way they coach.
Every coach at Legacy works independently inside the facility, which means you choose the coach, and the coach builds the program. No membership is required to train with a coach. Coaching is booked directly with the coach you choose.

Body recomposition is the goal of losing fat and building or keeping muscle at the same time, so the scale matters less than what the body is made of. It is slower to read on a bathroom scale and more durable than a crash diet, because the training signal that tells the body to keep muscle stays on while energy intake is managed.
Your coach records starting measurements, movement quality, training history and current eating habits, so progress is compared with your own numbers rather than a generic target.
Programs are built around progressive strength work for the major muscle groups, with the load, volume and rest chosen for your experience level and schedule.
Food guidance is practical: protein targets, meal timing that matches your day, and adjustments when progress stalls. Coaches work within their scope and refer out for medical nutrition needs.
Measurements, photos, training logs and how you feel are reviewed on a schedule, and the plan changes when the data says it should.
Every plan is built around the individual, so your coach will adjust this. As a general shape, the first four weeks of body recomposition coaching tend to run like this.
Measurements, photos, a movement screen and a look at how you eat and sleep. The first sessions teach the main lifts with moderate loads.
Training days settle into a pattern you can keep. Protein and meal structure get attention before anything fancy.
Weights and reps start to climb as technique holds. You begin to see which habits are helping and which are in the way.
Numbers are compared with week one, what worked is kept, and the plan for the next block is set.
